研究の概要:
発がん機構の解明を目的とし、動物モデル（化学発がん、遺伝子改変動物）、病理学的手法（標本作成、免疫染色、蛍光顕微鏡、ｌaser-captured microdissection ）　、分子生物学的手法（real-time RT-PCR、クロマチン免疫沈降、methylation specific PCR、Western blotting）等を用いることにより実験を行っている。
