研究

    研究の概要:
    心臓における生理的自動能および異常自動能(脱分極誘発自動能・早期後脱分極など)の発生機序を、電気生理学的実験(パッチクランプ法)ならびに非線形力学(分岐理論)に基づく理論的解析手法により研究している。また、イオンチャネル動態の実験的・理論的解析(パッチクランプ法によるイオン電流動態の解析、定常マルコフ状態モデルの構築と反応速度論的定式化、コンピュータ・シミュレーション)も行っている。
