研究

    研究の概要:
    ムスカリン受容体を含むGタンパク質共役型受容体(GPCR)は細胞表面に局在して機能するとされている。私は細胞内にも機能的なムスカリン受容体が存在することを明らかにしており、その機能性や細胞内シグナリング、局在制御メカニズムについて研究を進めることで、その生体における重要性を探っている。
