研究

研究の概要:
近年では、骨髄由来間葉系幹細胞を用いた再生医療の臨床応用に向け、in vivoおよびin vitroにおける研究を中心に行っています。ステロイド誘発骨壊死や変形性関節炎に関する研究を精力的に行い、従来のヒト材料を用いた形態学的および遺伝子・分子の発現解析に加え、動物実験モデルの作製や培養細胞を用いた最新の分子病理学的手法の導入による遺伝子・分子の in vitroならびに in vivoでの機能解析も行い「病理形態と分子病理の統合」を目指しています。
