Research

    Overview of research:
In recent years, we have focused on in vivo and in vitro research toward the clinical application of regenerative medicine using bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells. We are actively conducting research on steroid-induced osteonecrosis and osteoarthritis, and in addition to conventional morphological and gene/molecular expression analysis using human materials, we are conducting research on the latest molecules using animal experimental models and cultured cells. We aim to "integrate pathological morphology and molecular pathology" by introducing pathological methods to analyze the functions of genes and molecules in vitro and in vivo.

Special Field

  • bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells
