Overview of research:

I have been analyzing molecular mechanism in the site of crystal-cell interaction on the pathogenesis of kidney stone disease by molecular biological technique, and evaluating the effect of inflammatory molecules (ex, COX, PG) which were up-regulated in renal epithelium with oxalate and calcium oxalate crystal about attachment between calcium oxalate crystal and renal epithelium.
